Can You Trust Jesus with Everything? | Hebrews 1:1–3 | Hold Fast
Can you really trust Jesus with everything—your future, your family, your finances, your plans, your fears, and the things you cannot control? Hebrews begins by answering two questions that are essential to trust: Can He handle it? And does He care?
Hebrews 1:1–3 gives us a breathtaking picture of Jesus. He is the One through whom God made the universe. He is the radiance of God’s glory, the exact representation of His being, the One who sustains all things by His powerful word, the One who provided purification for our sins, and the King who now reigns. He has the power to hold everything—and the cross shows us that He loves us enough to give everything.
Hear the Word.
See the Son.
Bow to the King.
Bottom Line: The King who holds everything is the King who gave everything. So, yes, you can trust Him.
