Local Opportunities

In partnership with a local ESL ministry, over the next 2 months (July and August) we will be providing diapers and backpacks for families in our area.  They are requesting diapers sizes 2-5 and pull ups. If you'd like to help, you can drop the diapers in the shopping cart in the lobby.

For our annual back to school backpack collection for refugee and immigrant students this year, simply bring in a backpack with school supplies by August 8.  (Suggested items:  Backpack, water bottle, lunch box, notebooks or composition books, pencils, pens, highlighters, dry erase markers, tissues, loose leaf paper, pocket folders, colored pencils or crayons.) We are hoping to collect 50 backpacks this year!

Our United States Missions Strategy

Training to go in response to tragedies as part of a disaster response effort. This could be anything from hurricane relief just after a storm to helping rebuild months later.

In 2024 we had two teams serve in North Carolina and one team serve in Florida.

Our Strategy for International Missions

Uganda

We also help support Precious One’s ministry in Uganda (team served Nov ‘22) and 141 Impact ministry in Uganda (teams in Dec ‘18, Aug ‘19, Jan ‘22, Jan ‘23, Sept ‘23, Sept ‘24, Apr ‘25, and May ‘26).

Curacao, N. A.

For 12 years, we had an ongoing partnership with fellow Christ-followers at IGA in Curacao, N. A, and a ministry in the Fuik community of Curacao. Our mission was to help put on a Vacation Bible School for 100-140 children and youth. We served 12 summers. Our current status is prayer for the church and believers in Curacao.

Unreached People Groups

The next phase for us is to begin a partnership to reach an unreached people group. We have two countries in the works. Due to the sensitive nature of these locations, it's better if you talk to us privately. Feel free to email us about this at info@gracetoday.net.
